Hi.

I have a problem that I hope that you can help me with.

When one the the users here is creating a mail the user have a disclaimer at the end of the mail. This works perfect.

But our sales dept. would like to add an extra banner to all outgoing emails.

The extra banner is changing from time to time, so I would like to avoid to modify the html file we use as the personal disclaimer.

I would like to know how to make an extra ‘disclaimer’ with pictures to all outgoing mails.

Subject: Stationaries

You can try to use stationaries, and use the stationaries for every ‘sales banner’. In that way you can have different ‘templates’ for each type of mail.

You can even alter the design of the mail file to let this be automatically like posted on: AASHQ Blog, but in this situation, I believe a manual stationary start would be enough.
