Hi,
When I create some rules, the mails are redirected to more than one folder, the reason was that the mail satisfies both the rules, is there any way to avoid this so that the mails are redirected only to a particular folder.
I could understand that there is an option to move the rules up and down but does it mean that a mail satisfying a rule will not be processed again by the rule below it?
Could you please clarify?

Are you copying the Email or moving it?
If it is being moved then any follow on rules should fail because the Message is no longer there.
(In theory anyway)
I am a releative Newbie at this but that was the first thing that jumped out at me.

I talked to my Mail Admin guys and they had found it as a problem with my mail file and it shouldn’t happen since I am moving. Thanks for your reply.
