Hi just wondering if anyone can suggest what to look for with the following issue.
I have one user, who when ever they enable their OOO agent multiple notifications are being sent to people and people who have not emailed the user are also receiving multiple OOO emails. I have checked the agent and it has not been changed in anyway, so I am confused as to why this is happening.
I have tried searching the forum already and there are lots of postings about OOO but I’ve not seen anything which sounds similar to this issue, unless I’ve missed it?
I did read something about the OOO profile document but nothing about how to check this form or recreate it?
Any help would be most welcome.
