How do I configure notes to use more than user id from same desktop profile?

You could use a ‘shared installation’ or location documents.
The disadvantage of location documents is that everyone uses thesame local names.nsf.

it’s simple create multiple location documents for additional users from your local address book…you can google it and find out how to create it it’s peanuts
