Hi, I have a Lotus Domino Server, named mailA.osk.com.my. If the users want to have 2 email address, angel.tang@osk.com.my (primary) and angel@it.osk.com.my. Hw should i configure it?

Assuming you’ve setup the second domain already, you should be able to add the email address to the “User name” field on the Person document in the NAB. I’ve done this in the past when employees have left and we’ve deleted their Person document so that somebody else could still receive emails sent to the old employee.

If i only have one domain which is osk.com.my? Is it i just enter the full email address user@it.osk.com.my in the person document?

I think you have to setup a foreign domain, but maybe somebody else knows otherwise.

Are you mean the it.osk.com.my and osk.com.my is consider different domain? I can’t enter the user@it.osk.com.my in the user name (person document), user.ramli@osk.com.my as primary email? Please advice. Thanks.
