We have one users who when they delete a document from their inbox, sometimes (no always) one or more other documents from their inbox get deleted. It seems to be random, it is not the doc. above or below the one the user deleted. It does not look like user error as we have had several people witness the user doing this. The user is now constantly checking their trash and restoring the documents that were not suppose to be deleted. Also when the users goes to restore a document from her trash, sometimes one or more other documents get restored.

do you observe this problem if you access this mail file from a different machine? sounds like a keyboard problem.
