I am creating a web based database which will be run through IE.
Users will use a form to create their Evidence Logs all year round, each time they achieve something good.
At the end of the year they have to produce a Performance Review document which includes a list of goals they set themselves at the start of the year.
Upon doing this they will have to reference this using the evidence logs they created throughout the year.
I thought the best way to do this would be to have a personlised view (based on the username) and list ALL their evidences. From here they would select the evidences they want to use (using the select mulitple documents option in the view properites), and display these as links on the Performance document they are creating somehow by clicking on a button to insert the reference to that document.
This in turn will send the Performance Review document to the supervisor for him/her to look at, and if needed click on the reference link, on the Performance document, to display the Evidence Log the original user created.
There will be 8 different objectives the user will fill in when doing the performance review, and each objective may be referenced to more than 1 Evidence, and 1 evidence may appear in more than 1 objective.

How would I be able to select the evidence documents and display them as links on the Performance document
