HiI have a problem with one client’s DA. They have the main Directory on the server and I created a second one for their external email use (common address book from the same template). I have this installed on serveral servers and it works fine.
IN this particular case, I even did a test and added 2 more directory (3 extra total) with one even being a personal version and they all show up on the server.
When I create a new email, Lookup does not find them. If I click TO: All 5 address book come up in the list and I can open and select from all of them but no lookup other than Local and the main directory.
I have changed the order in the DA, changed the loal settings on user but still nothing.
Does someone knows what I should try next? I am somewhat running out of Ideas…
