I’m confronted with a rather strange issue. In my and some other user’s data folders we find multiple instances of the autosave-DB (as_someNameSomeNumber.nsf) with different sizes. They all have the last modified date of the last notes start but were created on different dates. When starting the client, the only thing I noticed is the error message “File already exists” - which is most probably the reason why it is duplicated and the number in the name increased.
For me and some colleagues it happened after the upgrade to 8.5.2, however another colleague experienced this issue since FP4, maybe even earlier.
It does not prevent us from working normally with the notes client, so normally we would not notice until we have a look into our data folders, however it is an annoyance, especially as some of the files are quite big (20MB and up).
Anybody has any experience with this kind of problem? I could not find anything relevant on in this forum or elsewhere.
