How can we set up an iNotes web user to have access to multiple addressbooks. I was able to get the names= setting to work and Directory Assistance works but does not show the additional address book in the drop down.
My challenge is this: the additional address book has to have restrictions on it so that only a group of about 20 can access the names but still see them in the dropdown when addressing an email.
If you update the ACL for your additional directories to have No Access default access and Reader access for the Notes names of the users that should hav access, then the iNotes name picker will only list directories that the user has access.
