Couldn’t find MTBF.NTF from the following site

Can you please sen me latest MTBF.NTF file which will support to all Domino versions and All platforms.

I really don’t understand this.I tried again to download mtbf.ntf but zip doesn’t contain mtbf.ntf file.

Can you help me on this?
