MT Collector failed updating entry

Hello,

The error Log of a customers server repeatedly says: “MT Collector: Failed updating entry in message tracking store messageID & username : No documents found”

That does not affect special users.

Of course I tried purge, reindex etc. nothing worked.

What is that?

An SPR that has been reported by a number of customers. Nothing that can be done aside from a fix from IBM
