I have some old databases that I am bringing into Notes/Domino 8.5.1 running on Win 2008 EE Server.
When viewing the database the outline won’t show up until I click on the “Compatability View” in IE ver. 8. Is there a way to fix this? I have to believe it’s simple but I’m missing it.
Many thanks in advance for any help.

Subject: use a meta tag
You can “force” ie to render in a specific mode like compatibility view by adding a meta tag in your header. Other browsers will ignore it.

Hope this helps

Subject: Meta tag for Compatability View - I am at a loss…
I feel a little stupid on this one. I have entered the meta tag in the HTML Head Content in the programmers pane for the page the outline is on, but no variation will work to get this outline working without clicking on the browser’s compatability view option.
The outline is of course being displayed on a page which is being displayed in a frame.
What am I missing?
Many thanks in advance,
Rick
