I found this reference in the forum concerning MS Word and mail merge.

It appears that this action will perform exactly what I want, however when I try and download the zip file from John Davids blog I get a file not found error. Is this available anywhere else or can anyone provide this for me.

Never mind I found Johns presentation from LS07 and got the code from there.
