Do you know such product ?

Depends on what exactly you want to do. You could write something, or you could purchase. If your desire is to spend money, my recommendation would be Integra for Notes, really slick and even Award Winning!

I went to try Integra for Notes but it doesn’t seems to match my needs :
It seems that you can’t export RTF to Word
It’s a one way exportation NOTES → WORD/EXCEL (no Word–>Notes)
Subject: there are a couple of options
you can use the Midas product, but you will need to write some code. The Integra products will also import and export Notes to and from Word. With both of those, you will have to do some work to make it happen.
