I’ve a simple Word Export from Lotus Notes. I’ve created Form Fields on Word document and populating them based on conditions using Macros from Notes.
What happens is as Form Fields are populated based on condition few of them dont get any value and stay as it is. This takes the space where the field was created on the Word document. I got some code for deleting the Bookamrk FormFields on MS word using a macro, but does not seem to work properly and what I end up is spaces between 2 values on Word Document.
If someone can help me in how can I delete the field and move the below field up(as is done in MS Excel), will be of great help.
