MS WORD and rich text field-- a pretty tricky

Hello All,

I am having form property as below:

Form Launch property:

Auto launch property : Microsoft word document :

Create object in field : "First reach text filed: "

so when i when users open the form it launches ms Word…

Now my requirement is that…

i will make one keyword document that will contail the word template: (because user want to updation of file any time)…

so cliking on the button, it would open the word template that is defined in the keyword and once the user close or save the template i would like to store that word file as an attachment.

is there any way to achive this…

Can you confirm this is what you (your user) wants to happen.

You have a list of Lotus Notes documents with Word Documents attached.

The go to a Form / View or something where they see the list of the Notes documents.

The user select the document - it then opens the attached Word Document.

When the user click save, in word, you want to save the changes to the word document BACK to the Lotus Notes Document.

Therefore the next time they open the Word Document, they see the new updates.
