I just created a Personal Journal database and I’d like to do a ‘mass move’ of notes from either my Inbox or my personal Notes folders…
Is there a way to do this automatically without copying and pasting the contents of my notes into a new entry in the Personal Journal ?
Thanks…

you can do an agent to do so, that takes the fields you want and moves them to the fields of the journal.
Or you can try to just copy paste a note from inbox to journal.

Thanks… I installed it, but when I select the documents, click on ‘actions’, ‘share documents’, the window that comes up titled ‘choose database’ doesn’t have any databases listed to copy/move the files to.

I found it… I needed to go to the ‘Document Sharing’ view and add the database names. I’m all set…
Very cool ! Thanks …
