I’ve done a search for this and haven’t seen anything current. Is it possible to move folders from one persons mailfile into another persons without having to create the folder andthe copying and pasting the emails over?
I have been given this wonderful task and would’nt you know it, there are around 100 folders to be moved over.

Open both mail files in Designer, folders view, copy + paste from one to the other. Easy.

Well, that’s easy if you simply want a folder of the same name in the other mail file.
You can’t copy the mail from designer and once you copy/paste the folder, you would lose the information that tells you which files are displayed in the folder (don’t agree, try removing your inbox, letting design replace it and see what still shows afterwards! Same is true of individually created folders.)
The copy/paste in design will certainly save you the time of creating the folders manually through the interface, but to get the messages, you’ll need to either do that manually or take advantage of a savvy developer who could help you with an agent.
