Moving cluster pair of domino servers - best practice?

Our company is moving a cluster pair of domino servers to a different location (different subnet).

I’m looking for an IBM “Best Practice” Checklist.

Is there one out there? Has anyone moved a cluster pair of servers to another subnet?
