Using Administrator I moved a user to a new OU. Everything processed except in the person document - it still states that the ‘Change Request’ is still pending. When will that update, or will it? Can I push the update? I’ve pushed the admin process, but still nothing.

And, the name has changed in the person document. It just shows as pending in the ‘change request’ field. ??

How about all mail becoming unread after the move? Does anyone know how to eliminate this from happening?

I’m not sure, but I think each rename (and a new OU uses the rename process) is long to be complete because DOMINO wants to be sure that the modifications are replicated all over the servers, so for example, the old name is kept in the person document for a while, I suppose it’s why your change request is still pending

I am running 6.5.1 and am experiencing the same problem and it is becoming a real issue. Not only are the OU changes pending and reverting back after 14 days, but name changes as well. I would very much like to hear any suggestions that I could try regarding problem. Is this perhaps fixed in a later release?

We are running 6.5.3 and are have the same problem with people reverting back to the previous OU & name change reverts back also. This happens every 21 days for us.Any suggestions?

I have found that to complete a rename, the user must authenticate to their home server. You can do this by opening their mail file. I think it would be the same for moving OUs
