Move to New Certifier

hi for all

i’m trying to move some user to new certifier.

in administration request i “found Move Person’s Name in Hierarchy”

i run “tell adminp p a” many time

and the user login to notes client ( to take effect ) many time.

but still nothing happen

and in the administration request the process of “move some user to new certifier” still not done

what i can do ?
