In using the Rules in the Config document… we have a rule that if it matches the criteria, the message is MOVED to a Quarantine database… that db alerts us of a quarantined message… when we go there… it’s found to be in the SENT view…??? Why?
This is not good… as the SENT view does not show us in BOLD that there is an unread document there…

“Sent” should contain any document that has a PostedDate value, but not a ReceivedDate. I’m betting that the act of moving to quarantine does not add a ReceivedDate value as a normal put-into-($Inbox) would.

Hmmm so I wonder if I add an agent that adds that field… it it’d end up in ($Inbox)…

No – it’d need to be moved to the folder, since folders don’t have a selection formula. It wouldn’t appear in Sent, though.
