I am trying to move a mailfile from one server to another within the same cluster. I have done the move file and it seems to be stuck in “Monitor New Mailfile Fields”. It has been there for 2 days now.
I don’t know how to get it to progress. I have run “tell adminp p all” on both the sending and receiving servers. But it just wont create the mailfile on the new server.
Can someone pls help me. Thx!

The request may fail because the user does not have permission to run agents on the new server. To prevent this failure, administrators should add the users whose mail files are to be moved to the “Run restricted LotusScript/Java agents” field on the Server Document, before starting the move process.

I have added this user into both the receiving and sending server documents in the field “Run restricted LotusScript/Java agents”. I’ve also run “tell adminp p all” on both servers.
Does it matter that the move process has already started?
Is this what you normally do to move a mailfile from 1 server to another?
