Hello, i need move a user to another organization and another server where Server1 have a different directory that Server2. Organization1 and Organization2 have cross certifier.
Is it possible?

Are you doing this for only one user or for more than one? Yes it is possible. It will take a few things to be in place but if you are moving a large number of users, visit http://www.binarytree.com/domains. They have a great tool that will help immensely with your efforts. If you are moving a single user, then use the nab to rename the user and move them to a different certifier. THen you replicate the mail file to the new server, update the nab entry to show the new server then cut and paste the person record to the new nab.
