Move documents from Notes mail file to Exchange mailbox - how?

I have a business reason for doing this do let’s get that out of the way first.

I have a Notes mailfile with over 15K documents that I need to move to an Exchange/Outlook mailfile. Is there anything out there that will help me make this happen?

Having had a previous manager (who had no idea about … anything) who forced me to do the same thing, I found the following very good.
