Hi,
I would like to move old mail files that are still be accessed by some people in the organisation even though the owners have left into a exstaff directory so I can monitor diskspace.
However, most of the people using these files are partners and it would be considered an interuption to send them a new link etc.
Does anyone know how I can move the files and automaticaly update the links?
