hi, i created different locations to use more internet addresses for the same person ( a.b@domain.xx - c.d@domain.xx - … in the same mail database). From domino 6 it’s possibile because the location information takes precedence in the person server document. The “update location settings” is set to “No”, so the location is not sinchronized with the server and the internet address does not change. In the server there are some users, and some use an old mail database (an old R5 database that was converted with the convert utility in R7 design). Only for these users the server always overwrites the location information and if i delete the internet mail address in the person document in Domino Directory the location information is not used, but the default address defined in the configuration server document ( a_b/DominoDomain@domain.xx) is used .
Are there any configurations or parameters to set?
