Monthly Agent with a view as an attachment

I need to setup an agent that runs once a month (1st of every month) and sends email to a list of people. Need to attach a lotus notes view to the email.

Is this possible ?

if you need a list of all documents of the view in our mail (incl. doclink to each doc), use the NotesNewsletter class
