In iNotes the signatures are stored in the user’s iNotes profile document. The Notes’ rich signature (which iNotes supports) is stored in the calendar profile document. Here’s a summary that tells where each signature is used.
Signature_1 - iNotes profile
This is a text signature, not rich text and not html
HTMLSignature - iNotes profile
Is an iNotes only item that’s stored in the inotes Profile and has the iNotes signatures that are created using iNotes and using an HTML editor
Signature_Rich - Calendar profile
This the Notes’ new Rich Text signature that iNotes now supports.

How do I set all users to use same signature in Notes and iNotes - meaning iNotes should use the signature from the Calendar Profile (Signature_rich).
I generally believe users should only configure very basic settings (mail pop-up dialog turned on / off etc.) and all other stuff they should never worry about - the administrator should control this.
