Is there any way to modify the Upgrade-by-mail notfication message sent to users, so that the second step is removed (Upgrade my mail file)?
I would like to do this as I have a destkop policy in place that will force the upgrade of the user’s mail file to R6 if the client is Release 6.0.1. This means the second step is not necessary and will only confuse the users. Any suggestions?

From the Upgrade guide:
“Using the Upgrade Mail File button is optional. You must complete the Mail Template Information section in the upgrade-by-mail notification to enable the Upgrade Mail File button. If you do not complete this section, Upgrade-by-mail does not display the button on the e-mail notification.”
I’ve tried this by deleting all values in that section but still no luck. I noticed also that the message sent to users contains irrelevent information at the bottom that appears to come from instructions when creating the notification. Am I to assume this method is just buggy?
