Ive been using 8.5.1 for some time now and love almost everything about it when compared to previous versions. I have kept a list of pros/cons and I literally have over 15 pros and only 2 cons - if you haven’t yet upgraded its a no-brainer! One of those 2 cons have been an annoyance all day everyday. That is - the Designer Applications elements are no longer alphabetically sorted. It sounds petty but when looking at a list I am an alphabetical type of guy. Does anyone know how to maybe modify the Designer application to bring back the sorted Application elements?
Just to clarify, once in Designer I’m referring to the Application list elements shown on the left (by default) that lists the elements of the database (ie: forms, framesets, pages, etc etc).
Thanks Maureen but just to clarify, I don’t see a real need to have them “sortable”, just listed alphabetically by default instead of random like they are now. I could have sworn in one of the previous versions this was the case, but I no-longer have it to check. Thanks for listening and hopefully putting a word in the dev teams ear!
