Does anybody know how to change all users lunch schedules centrally from the server. We don’t want meeting conflicts to show up if a user is requested to attend a meeting from 09:30 until 14:30, can anybody help.

Subject: Modify Lunch Schedule
Create a database on the server, call it AdminEvilTricks.nsf or some such
(all the below assumes that some one, some group or some server has manager access to their mail dbs)
Now you need to create in here an agent that will
a) get all databases in the Notesdirectory
b) check their template or path to make sure they’re a mail database
c) get the User’s availability profile
d) change it to what you want
e) snicker evilly (optional)
f) save the agent with a userid that has manager access to their mail dbs
g) set it as a scheduled agent to run whenever is suitable
Keep that database - that’s were you’ll stick all sorts of useful agents as you progress in career as a BSOFH
