Modify iNotes Temlpate to Add One Action Button?

I know IBM recommends against modifying the iNotes template in any substantial way, but has anyone been able to add an Action Button to the iNotes Action Bar which is then available to web browser users? This may not be posible using Domino Designer, but I really need to do this.

If someone who’s done this could point me in the right direction I’d be forever in your debt.

Like IBM, I wouldn’t recommend it - but couldn’t you just add an action button to the ($Inbox) folder in the designer?

Remember - ($Inbox) is a folder and not a view…

No, it doesn’t work. The iNotes action bar overwrites whatever Action butons you have for your form or view or folder.

Has anybody tried this?
