I have a problem with blackberry user not receiving email in their mobile.
Our environment consist of several Domino 6.5 and mostly Domino 8.5. We also have blackberry Enterprise Sever (BES) for Lotus Domino. Users who was created in 6.5 and now upgraded to 8.5 are experiencing problems that their blackberry unable to receive email. another problem also occur for users who moved location thus their mailbox moved from Domino 8.5 to 6.5. Has anyone ever have problem with blackberry?
