Mix between 5.0 and 6.5

By opening a database, Lotus is creating two views, one with 6.5 layout and one with 5.0 layout. We did all operations to migrate from 5.0 to 6.5. Both servers are running silmatneously, but the concerned database is only on the new server. May somebody help ? (I apologize for my bad english…)

Don’t know if it is the same situation, but…I’ve seen similar behavior when we upgraded our users from 5.0.11 to 6.0.3. When some users opened their mail file, they got two windows, one with R5 design, one with ND6 design.

We changed the database launch options, from “Open designated frameset” to “restore as last viewed by user”. This resolved the issue on those affected users.

Thanks for your help. We already ticked this option, which doesn’t solve the matter. We changed the bookmark.nsf and it seems to work.Hope it will also be OK tomorrow.
