After upgrade 3-4 people are not upgrading correctly to the r6 design. (including myself).I tried compacting, replacing, refreshing design but I don’t get the new look of R6 on the left pane window.
I see inbox, drafts, sent, all documents, calendar, meetings, to do, follow up, junk mail and all my folders all spread on, not inside a + sign view.
I don’t see Views and Tools as well.
Baically I can’t access my archives from the Tools->Archive because it’s not there.
Any suggestions how to fix?

Look at the design properties for those elements which seem not to be affected by the refresh/replace. My guess is that on the 3rd tab of the properties, the Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify option is checked.
If not, you might not have appropriate Designer/Manager access to the database.
Let us know what happens.

David,Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Box wasn’t checked but I looked in the MailFS frameset and since I had made changes to it before, there were two different MailFS framesets.
