Thanx for the suggestion for using uidoc.import for the MS Word importing into Notes. The final code i used is:
Dim ws As New NotesUIWorkspace
Dm uidoc As NotesUIDocument
Set uidoc = ws.CurrentDocument
Call uidoc.GotoField("body")
Call uidoc.Import("Microsoft Word","C:\PURCHASING POLICY CPS03101E.doc")
Call uidoc.Save
but there is another setback. I don’t understand why but i missing all the tables that exist in the word document. Initially when i cut and paste i could get all the tables except for all the misalignment. Right now there is no misalignment but strangely enough, the table are gone with the text intact.
Any suggestions? Oh by the way, should i be adjusting the page setup for notes such tat the number of pages are exactly the same as those in MS Word? Becos after importing i found out that the pages are all in a mess with the top header of page B squeeze into page A. Or is there any thing i can use to detect page break?
