I get error “entry not found in index” when i select configuration>current server document. screenshots below.

I tried restoring my domino backup folder but the eror still occurs.

Did you create you server document not by accident in your “local” addressbook. It can happen if you select “local” when you create a new document.

Nope…wow my server is very screwed…I’ve restored this yesterday and waas able to use by the whole day. then this morning same prob occurs…i have to restore again…i’m preparing to install new win2k3 box for this email server. :(…i cant even update the windows 2k3

why is that the server docs were being deleted after few mins of up time of the server?

I’m using windows 2k3 r2.Software symantec firewall 2003 and symantec 7.6 AV
there are some instance that the firewall icon will be missing and i cant send message.
the email server is up and running for 3 months until it encounter this problem 2 days ago.
when I use lotus administrator it corruect the server documents resulting to missing server docs.
Am I missing something here? Do i do things wrongly that conflicts happens?
I reinstalled my win2k3 format it but the same problem occurs. I use the main backup which dont have users. then copy names.nsf and mail folder so that I will not make the users all over again.
but the server just keep on loosing its server document which results to cant send errors.
badly need help here.
