Hi…I’m a new desktop support guy for notes 8.5. Last version i worked on i think was 4.6 or 7 so very rusty
We have version 8.0.1 for sametime and for a couple users, the scroll bar in the chat window doesn’t come up so the text just disappears in the bottom of the window. I can expand it and its there, but would really prefer the scroll bar.
I did a search, and the users aren’t running IE8. One i think is on IE6, another is on IE7. I went through the settings but nothing seems out of the ordinary.
Any suggestions? TIA
