Missing "Replicate Unread marks" in the mailbox

Dear all,

Normally, when we right click the mailbox, select “Database” > “Properties” > “Advanced”, there is an option called “Replicate unread marks” under “Unread Mark Options”.

But one of our director’s database missing this option.

Can someone know why this happen and how to make it appears.

The database is probably on an older ODS (20 or 41) that doesn’t support replication of unread marks. You can check that using the database properties dialog. Compacting the db should fix the problem.
