We have several users were we miss the information about device type an OS in the traveler.nsf database.
The intersting thing:

It’s only Nokia devices
-
They had displayed it before (E72, E51 etc.)

It seems that the number of devices not displaying it is growing
-
Inside the document the Device-ID is read IMEI:xxxxx … that’s why I’m sure it’s only Nokias but the above mentioned information is missing there too
Anybody know about this issue?
