Missing Icons in View

I have 1 client only where this happens. For the last month the icons for meeting are not showing in the inbox view.

To the left of the persons name there used to be a little thumbs up icon or a shaking hands icon when a meeting was accepted. It does appear for older meeting from a month or so ago, but not for new meetings.

The mail template has been refreshed but not no avail.

Any ideas?

Hi Andrew,

Maybe check that the design document for his inbox doesn’t have the “Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify” checkbox ticked?
