I have one particular user but this happened in past as well to others where he/she creates folder and it is not showing on the left side under Folders, user can see it when try to create another folder in dialog box or I can see it when opening user mail file on server but not via Notes client. I tried refresh design, shift + ctrl + F9 to update views nothing works, I also delete this folder on server and user have recreated but still does not show in Notes, anything else I can try.
Also in past I’ve see situation where there duplicated folders when opening on server using shift + ctrl + open mail file but user cannot see those duplicate folder
any idea?
