I have a user who missed a couple of emails. I used message tracking to trace the messages and i found the message were sent to her and the status are read. But these 2 messages are no where to be found in her mail file. Anyone have any ideas?

This may sound obvouis, but have they got any Rules set up on their mailfile ? In Notes 6 you can see these in a special folder called Tools (its after any folders the user may have created) and will contain any rules they have set up. For example you can set rules to delete documents, or send them to different folders etc…To double check if there are any rules set up, you could (possibly - you’d need the access and a designer client) open their mailfile in designer and check if there are any special agents ticked…

But these 2 messages are no where to be found in her mail file. The other users who were copied in the same messages received it. This user does not have any rules or agents created. Anyone have any ideas?
