Missing email in All Documents View

Recently, we had upgraded our system from R5.0 to R7.0. After upgrade, we had encountered different problem with R7.0.

In one of the note database, we had found some emails in “Sent” folder but not in “All Documents” view. What is the problems?? Is there any system setting problem or is it caused by upgrade?

Subject: Missing email in All Documents View

If you can view the document in the “Sent” folder and see the document properties then look at the “All Documents” view selection and see what might be keeping it from appearing in “All Documents” - it might have a delete field or hide field that is set to not show in that view.

In addition to Patty’s suggestion, you can also rebuild the All Documents view by using Shift + F9 while in the view.
