Missing documents in Notes database

Hi ! would like to ask for help. would you know of any function in notes that deletes documents other than manually pressing the delete key or running an agent. I’m asking this because i have a notes database wherein some of the documents created by users were suddenly missing, and they don’t have access to delete in access control.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

May be the base is corrupted. Restart the server for consistency check of all bases or run fixup

Replication can do this as well. Check the replication settings:“Remove documents not modified in x days”

Are there any readers fields being used in the design of the database?

Just a few things to check.

I am also having the same problem which I posted a bit before:

http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd6forum.nsf/55c38d716d632d9b8525689b005ba1c0/ddfa2bf96732eaf38525726c005bfae1?OpenDocument&Highlight=0,Nallani,disappear

No replica copies,No Reader/Author fields. Only Db Mgr has provision to delete documents. But the deleted ones will be archived at that moment and also logged.

But right now removed that provision too for Db Managers. Hence no one can delete any document in database. Need to see if the document still disappears within 3 months.
