I have multiple clients that have V8.5.1 FP2 and either the “dock open list” option is missing from the View menu or it won’t dock the list (it just flashes up briefly and then disapears). Any ideas would be appreciated.
Subject: Found the answer
In the Desktop Policy, there is a setting to fix this. It’s on the Basics tab under Menu. You need to set the “Option list/Launcher” option to “Docked as a bookmark bar” instead.
