I accidentally closed the Controls panel in DDE. When I reopened it by clicking Window >> Show Eclipse Views >> Controls, the panel appeared, but without content. Instead, there is a message that says, “A palette is not available.”
I did a repair reinstall, but that has not fixed the problem. How do I get my controls back?
