Missing contacts in address book

We’ve done several deleting all documents and importing of documents into some of our address books in Notes. After I deleted them all, I checked the db properties, and one of ours, which shows no documents, says it has 24408 documents.

How do I delete all of THESE documents?

Thanks!

Michael

Subject: Missing contacts in address book

Create a new, temporary view, that shows All documents. I like to categorize by form in the first column. Then see if you can see the docs. If you can see them, then delete what you want. If you cannot see them, then there may be a Readers field issue.

Subject: They are deletion stubs. Notes keeps them around so that the deletions propagate

via replication. How long they are kept is based on File, Database Properties, Replication Settings:

Note the 90 days. Every 1/3 of that interval, Deletion Stubs older than 90 days are purged from the database. To get rid of Deletion Stubs (if you do not need to replicate them) you can set the interval to 0. Be sure to change it back if you ever want to replicate the database.
